This page is the application page for Regular Members, Associate Members, and Corporate Members.

▪️How to Apply

- Log in first, then complete the deposit payment and submit the application form.

① Deposit Payment: Please transfer the deposit to the KICA bank account provided below.

② Application Submission: Complete the application form below and click Submit.

▪️Application Deadline

- Applications will be accepted until all spots are filled (first-come, first-served).

▪️ Important Notes

The number of participants for this event is limited and registration may close early. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, subsequent applications will be placed on the waiting list. Notifications will be sent sequentially only if spots become available due to cancellations.
Please note that on-site registration will not be available for waiting list applicants whose participation has not been confirmed.
