The Korea In-house Counsel Association (KICA) will host its 2025 Annual Workshop on 30-31 August at the Grand Josun Busan in Haeundae, with the theme The Era of Great Care — From Selling Newspapers Abroad to Becoming a CEO.
Jaebyung Park, CEO of integrated senior care services provider Caredoc, is the featured speaker at this year’s event.
Organised by KICA’s cultural division, the two-day workshop aims to strengthen collaboration among in-house counsel, promote networking and share practical insights from Korea’s corporate legal field.
Park, who founded Caredoc in 2018 after experiencing gaps in Korea’s social care system firsthand, has led the company to become a pioneer in integrated senior care services. His journey from early entrepreneurial beginnings to building a purpose-driven care business offers timely leadership lessons for corporate legal professionals.
The annual workshop has grown steadily over the years, where more members come together to share ideas, gain insights and learn from one another.
